A company is looking for a Controller for North America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operational accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
Maintain robust internal processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing audits
Provide strategic leadership and insights to support decision-making and drive efficiency in financial operations
Required Qualifications
Experience in the Snacking, Food, or overall CPG industry
Proven experience as a senior finance leader in Commercial Finance and Controllership
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Advanced proficiency in SAP S4 and Microsoft Dynamics 365; proficiency in OneStream preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and optimize workflows, with experience in transformation processes
