The Paralegal / Database Specialist will provide attorneys and legal administrative assistants with hands-on and technical support for all stages of the litigation process, including e-discovery and trial project management. The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience and a desire to learn more about eDiscovery. This position reports to the Head of Electronic Discovery and Litigation Technology.
Commercial litigation paralegal with e-Discovery experience. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and legal administrative assistants to provide hands-on and technical support through all phases of litigation, including e-discovery and trial project management. The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience and an interest in expanding their knowledge of eDiscovery and complex litigation. Work directly with litigation group and the Head of Electronic Discovery and Litigation Technology.
Join a premier midsize Boston law firm seeking candidates with 2–8 years of experience. Responsibilities include coordinating document collections for public records requests and litigation discovery, managing document reviews and ESI protocols, cite checking and revising pleadings, conducting legal research, drafting and assembling pleadings, filing with courts, and offering general litigation support. Tasks may also involve reviewing and indexing discovery to prepare summaries.
