What You’ll Do :

Help run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume store

Support and develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members

Set the tone for excellence in service, cleanliness, and teamwork

Partner with the General Manager to achieve store goals

What We’re Looking For :

Experience leading teams (fast food / QSR experience a plus)

Dependable, organized, and solutions-oriented

Comfortable holding others accountable in a fair, respectful way
