Job Details
Primary Responsibilities
Design, build, implement, and support new network architectures in a predominantly Fortinet environment.
Administer and maintain the existing service provider network.
Troubleshoot complex customer issues and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure prompt and professional resolution.
Write and deploy automation and scripting to improve efficiency in service provisioning and support.
Create technical documentation for customers and internal teams to promote knowledge sharing.
Serve as a technical consultant to sales teams.
Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
