Lead the shift team with composure and confidence, maintaining calm and focus during busy periods.

Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure all deployment and operational guidelines are followed with consistency and accuracy.

Deliver outstanding guest experiences — ensure every drink, dessert, and interaction reflects Teaspoon’s standards.

Coach and mentor baristas in real time, reinforcing strong performance and providing constructive feedback.

Support new team member training and help develop operational and customer service skills.

Monitor and manage product quality, inventory levels, and food safety standards.

Maintain accurate cash handling and register procedures, ensuring compliance with all policies.

Drive daily and weekly sales goals through teamwork, upselling, and operational efficiency.

Partner with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and execute new promotions or initiatives.

Support scheduling, floor coverage, and delegation of daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Uphold cleanliness, safety, and store presentation standards at all times.

Foster an inclusive, upbeat, and supportive team environment that inspires collaboration and pride.
