A company is looking for an Associate Relations Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with HR, Field Managers, Loss Prevention, and Legal on associate relations concerns
Counsels and guides leaders and associates, documenting case details in the call service management system
Monitors trends to identify problem areas and provides feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in Associate Relations or as an HR Generalist
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of federal and state law regulations related to employee relations and benefits
Experience with Navex Ethics Point Case Management system is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and HR Systems
