Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency seeks a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Neuro Telemetry team in Everett, Washington.

As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will provide specialized care to patients with neurological conditions who require continuous monitoring of their heart rhythms. You will play a critical role in assessing patient conditions, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, seizures, and traumatic brain injuries.
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment to track heart rhythms and neurological status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including neurological interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Respond to changes in patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families on their conditions and the treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and telemetry reports.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Candidate requirements

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of telemetry or neuro-related nursing experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of telemetry equipment and neurological care.
• Ability to respond effectively in critical situations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
