A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume incoming calls from members needing roadside assistance, providing exceptional customer service
Accurately input member information and utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
Identify situations requiring special handling and provide clear information on service and costs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Stable, high-speed internet connection required
Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
