Schedule : SundayThursday (with occasional Fridays); average 9.5-hour shifts, approximately 4548 hours per week

Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely and accurately select customer orders according to order sheets.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product is selected and free of damage.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.
• Work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.

Training and Development

Full training is provided on all job duties, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Training duration : approximately 2 weeks, followed by gradual integration into full work duties.
