ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and we’ve grown into a dedicated team of five. I started my career with State Farm right out of college, and after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, I knew this was the industry where I wanted to build my future. My husband also works for State Farm, and together with our daughter and two dogs, we’ve made this work both a family passion and a long-term commitment.

I offer 15 days of PTO, group life coverage, health insurance for employees, and full licensing reimbursement. In the office, I focus on building a team that enjoys a true work hard/play hard environment. I value strong work ethic, confidence when talking to people, and a healthy sense of competition. We’re a diverse, supportive group that aims high and celebrates big when we hit our goals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Emily Beck - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
