• Patient Advocacy: Provide kind, compassionate care while supporting doctors in a wide range of restorative and cosmetic procedures.
• Safety Mastery: Maintain an expert-level understanding of HIPAA and safety protocols to protect our patients and our team.

What We're Looking For

• Licensure: Current Tennessee RDA license, including coronal polishing and nitrous oxide certifications.
• Reliability: A track record of regular and predictable attendance.
• Organization: Highly organized with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to meet consistent deadlines.
• Team Spirit: Ability to work individually while remaining a cooperative and positive force within the team.

With six convenient locations in Trenton, Jackson, Eads, Dyersburg, Ripley, and Germantown, we are one of the few practices in West Tennessee providing options for sedation dentistry.
