A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to end-users for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
Assist with billing and account-related inquiries, including invoice examination and account updates
Document customer interactions and deliver email support while monitoring voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
General knowledge of personal computer networking
Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment with shift schedules
Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
Must have a reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection
