Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring an Event Security Professional. The Event Security Professional is responsible for duties such as collecting tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, and providing superior customer service. Event Staff team members are also responsible for directing foot traffic, parking traffic and ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency and maintenance of designated areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue, may collect and / or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue
• Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events
• Initiate greetings to our guests as they arrive at the facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other location
• Provide guests with helpful directions and / or suggestions that will enhance their entertainment experience
