MHS is seeking married couples to join our team as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This unique and fulfilling opportunity allows couples to live in on-campus student homes, providing essential care, guidance, and support to approximately 813 students. As Flex Houseparents, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing, family-like atmosphere that promotes students’ academic, emotional, and social growth, enabling them to reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules effectively.
• Administer medications and ensure overall student wellness.
• Transport students to activities and actively participate in developmental and recreational programs.
• Lead daily devotionals and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.

Initially, Flex Houseparents will support various student homes, working nine consecutive days followed by three days off. During the weekdays, houseparents will have unscheduled time while students are in school. Eventually, Flex Houseparents transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they will reside and work closely with the same group of students.
