Key Responsibilities
Resolve issues within the Project Management Office and oversee project delivery processes
Provide leadership to Project Managers and Analysts, ensuring adherence to policies and coaching for performance improvement
Communicate real-time project status and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
Five years of experience in credit / debit card-related or financial industry roles
Five years of project and / or conversion-related experience
Working knowledge of card processing systems and related products / solutions preferred
