Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Manager (level K) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) team based out of Everett, Washington. This is an exciting and unique opportunity within the ESRC Business Operations team to lead the Project Management and Capital Management team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work across functions to provide essential production support as well as support the development of our site Quality Technology Improvements. In this position, you will successfully lead and support the development and execution of ESRC's Quality Technology Improvements and other essential production system solutions. This position will help lead and support site initiatives including (but not limited to) : overall strategy, processes, communications, operating rhythm, metrics, improvements, integration, compliance, and operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities :

• Champions technology integration to improve / transform MBU operations.
• Forges a strategic relationship with leadership to drive project management execution.
• Identifies, understands, and anticipates business needs.
• Drives organizational strategies, priorities & initiatives.
• Provides valued counsel and represents the voice of the business.
• Explores, develops and communicates value added enhancements.
• Analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of management system (including metrics).
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Leads, develops, and motivates employees.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $124,000 - $134,000.
