A company is looking for a Tech Support II to provide advanced technical expertise in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform remote troubleshooting and configuration of complex equipment
Utilize command level programming for configuring and troubleshooting network devices
Support various manufacturers and configurations of desktop / laptop equipment
Required Qualifications :
Expertise in high-end multifunction devices such as Lexmark, HP, and Xerox
Experience with equipment configuration verification and software upgrade testing
Strong task prioritization, ticket management, and documentation skills
Proficiency with operating systems and command line tools
Flexible schedule and high level of self-motivation
