Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients suffering from various mental health disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as needed
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy based on evidence-based practices
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license with psychiatric specialization in the state of practice
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health
• Experience in mental health settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and familiarity with evidence-based psychiatric treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
