Senior Accountant*

Our Client, an elite law firm with offices nationwide, seeks a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team and play a key role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. This individual will work closely with the Accounting Manager and leadership across the firm to ensure accurate financial reporting, support operational planning, and drive continuous improvement in accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day general ledger activities and ensure accurate, timely entries.
  

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and key performance metrics.
  

• Assist in compiling and reviewing financial statements.
  

• Manage account reconciliations and identify/resolve discrepancies.
  

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts in collaboration with leadership.
  

• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  

• Partner with leadership to deliver actionable financial insights.
  

• Mentor junior accounting team members and foster knowledge sharing.
  

• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting workflows.
