Pay : $19.10 - $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

As an Entry-Level Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team by collecting and processing blood specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize age-appropriate techniques to collect blood specimens.
• Accurately label, process, and deliver specimens for testing.
• Maintain adequate supplies and equipment for blood collection.
• Perform diverse tasks as needed, which may include clerical functions, registration, lab processing, send-out testing, point of care testing, EKG, pacemaker interrogation, pathology lab assistance, bone marrow assistance, apheresis, or therapeutic phlebotomy.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and decisive judgment while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
