Day-To-Day
- Leads the full contractor procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Supervises licensed contractors during project execution.
- Conducts detailed site inspections at key milestones and project closeout to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee final inspections and ensure corrective work during warranty periods
- Ensures contractor compliance with program standards and HUD/CDBG regulations.
- Provides prompt and professional responses to homeowner inquiries and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitors project progress continuously, ensuring milestones are met while upholding client confidentiality.
- Assists with preparing construction-related data for funder reporting and audits.
- Evaluates emergency needs of homeowners and coordinates timely interventions
- Guides homeowners through the process of home restoration.

- Documents and maintain accurate information in homeowners’ files on a timely basis.
- Complies with established policy and procedure.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of direct case management experience in a social services setting, along with a working knowledge of family-focused disaster relief services and available community resources.
- Valid Texas Drivers’ License.
