This opportunity offers a $42,000 base salary plus a competitive compensation plan, along with the ability to build and lead your own team. If youre driven to develop people and make a lasting impact, this role provides the platform to work in a success driven environment..

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates
  • Onboard new hires and help them achieve their licensing and a smooth transition
  • Train new hires on our mindsets, systems and scripts
  • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information
  • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates

Requirement

  • Required to get a Property and Casualty license within 2 weeks of employment, and assist new team members with onboarding.
  • High energy and drive to win daily, and the ability to solve problems quickly
  • Willingness and ability to follow predetermined structures and systems, and hold others accountable to the same
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
