About the Role:
Five Star Bath Solutions is a nationally recognized bathroom remodeling franchise specializing in no-hassle, high-quality bathroom renovations. As one of the largest and most awarded franchises in the Five Star Bath Solutions network, we are expanding into the Des Moines metro market and seeking experienced in-home sales professionals to join our team. As a Design Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations with confirmed, pre-set appointments, educate homeowners on our remodeling solutions, and drive sales through a professional, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Create customized bathroom designs that reflect client style and functionality.
• Present design concepts and product options to clients effectively.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure a smooth process from design to install.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
• Utilize design software to create professional visual presentations.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of in-home sales experience
• Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bathroom products, materials, and design trends. (Preferred not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their dream spaces.
