About the role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcer / Researcher to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging AI tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to source and build robust candidate pipelines across diverse skill sets. This role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in social media sourcing, and a proven track record of using AI-driven recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, chatbots) to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, track pipeline metrics, and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines across multiple skill sets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for current and future roles.
• Execute innovative sourcing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and niche communities to engage passive and active candidates.
• Lead sourcing projects, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage timelines to meet recruitment goals efficiently.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting and integrating new AI tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs and diversity goals.

Estimated Starting Salary Range :

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
