[job_card.job_description]Nursing Diploma required or Associates degree in Nursing required or Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 1 year of ICU experience strongly preferred Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required and maintained quarterly ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire (preferred upon hire) and CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually A high degree of confidentiality positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Work hours : Full Time 36 hours weekly (3) 12-hour Day shifts with rotating days off including every other weekend no call
Training : Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire
