The Behavioral Health Case Manager will provide telephonic for both direct referrals and data identified referrals. This requires clinical expertise and the ability to negotiate the complexities involved with special needs conditions such as substance use, suicidality / homicide, major depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.

Required Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Wisconsin
