Position : Shop Supervisor

Location : Philadelphia PA

Salary Pay Range : $60000 to $75000 based on skillset Bonus Opportunity

What you will be doing : You will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations of a shop ensuring that the staff members perform their duties to address customers needs.

Requirements to Apply :

• Prior shop experience as a leadman foreman or supervisor in a transport refrigeration heavy-duty (HD) transport or automotive shop or similar transportation industry
• Prior shop supervisory experience within the transportation industry preferred
• Experience in training technicians and / or Train the Trainer settings
• Prior experience within the transportation refrigeration industry preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Team oriented self-motivated proactive positive outlook goal oriented problem solver respectful
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills
