BCBA Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with School experience to work at an educational facility in Charleston, South Carolina. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum and other students with special needs. Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Behavior Interventionists (BI) and paraprofessionals implementing ABA programs.
- Monitor and analyze behavioral data to ensure program fidelity and progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom and home environments.
- Adjust and refine behavior plans based on data and student performance.
Job Requirements :
Master's degree in a relevant field, completion of graduate-level coursework in applied behavior analysis, and supervised fieldwork experienceBCBA certificationCurrent BLS / CPR certification6 months of experience within the last 5 yearsWhat We Offer :
