Deep Learning Engineer

About the Role
Join our cutting-edge AI team as a Deep Learning Engineer, specializing in developing and deploying advanced neural-network models for image recognition, generative AI, and related applications. You will build robust and scalable AI solutions to solve real-world problems and push the limits of artificial intelligence in industry settings.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep neural networks for tasks like image classification, object detection, segmentation, generation, and more.
- Preprocess, augment, and engineer features from large-scale datasets to boost model effectiveness and robustness.
- Train and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks, leveraging techniques such as transfer learning and hyperparameter tuning.
- Evaluate model performance through metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1, ROC-AUC) and refine architectures accordingly.
- Deploy and maintain models in production, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks and scalability requirements.
- Keep abreast of AI research, incorporating state-of-the-art advancements into pipeline development.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams—including software developers, data scientists, and product managers—to integrate AI solutions effectively.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying deep learning models.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and deep understanding of neural network architectures (CNNs, GANs, transformers).Strong foundation in computer vision or generative modeling, demonstrated through projects or previous roles.Familiarity with deployment tools such as TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, Docker, or similar.Proficiency in Python, with skills in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, or scikit-learn.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including mastering model evaluation and debugging.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.U.S. citizenship required.Preferred Skills
Master’s degree or specialized coursework in deep learning, computer vision, or AI.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for training and deploying models.Familiarity with MLOps processes—versioning, CI / CD pipelines, model monitoring, and retraining strategies.Hands-on experience using GPU clusters or hardware accelerators for training deep networks.Knowledge of data annotation tools and handling data pipelines for large-scale datasets.Active contribution to open-source AI projects or research publications in related domains.Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $110,000 – $160,000 annually
