LOCUM - CRNA

• NOTE : I have a September 1 start listed BUT if the provider does not turn in the RFA within 5 days of it being received and the application within 5 days of being received, they may not be able to make this. Ensure you providers understand it could be closer to October if privileging process does not move along smoothly. Clean files will help.

We will look at CRNA's with less experience, for example if they are new grads with only a year or two of experience. Also if candidates are interested in locums to perm we will consider that as well!

Can look at two providers to alternate weeks or one working every week (5 days a week). We will look at providers who will work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off as well.

0700-1500 (Monday-Friday)

Please make sure to list the following on bids :

Guaranteed Hours : 8 hours

OT applies after 40 hours per week

Opportunity for weekend call, call is negotiable depending on CRNA preference.

There is no supervision for this position as well.

Active CA license is required and DEA are required.
