Maritime Electronic Warfare Deputy Program Manager
We are supporting a critical capture effort for the US Navy's next-generation shipboard Electronic Attack systema multi-billion dollar opportunity. This cutting-edge initiative will be a game-changer for the Navy, and we need a Program Manager to help drive the effort from the front lines.
As a Program Manager, you will report to the Capture Manager and Capture Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple working groups that focus on conducting studies, analyses, IR&D initiatives, and early program readiness activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in managing large-scale capture efforts while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple locations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, assisting with win plan-related gate reviews, and contributing to the development of capture strategies that will shape our future business growth.

Previous experience on a proposal team. Electronic warfare background. Previous business development experience. Demonstrated experience managing remote teams. Experience with tracking and driving design to cost. Prior experience in a leadership position, such as Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, Capture Lead, Program Lead, Earned Value Management (EVM) Professional, or similar role. Experience with business development or hardware or software development, including design, testing, and integration. Experience with procurement and external contractor management.

Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
