Total Compensation Range : $150k - $190k DOE
Target Long-Term Incentive : After 5 years, $250-350k DOE
Job Summary : Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Holdings is seeking a highly organized and experienced Regional Operations Manager who can blend broad, strategic oversight with day-to-day, tactical focus. This role will oversee operations and financial performance of our Colorado locations, ensuring exceptional service and profitability across locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a coaching mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think big-picture and drive growth while delivering target margins.

Essential job functions :
Management
Directly manage and provide leadership guidance to the CO General ManagersDevelop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivityProvide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to General Managers while holding them accountableFoster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvementResponsible for progressive discipline documentation and conversationsResponsible for hiring / firing with HR supportProcess Improvement
Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvementImplement strategies and initiatives to streamline operations, grow revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfactionMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess departmental performance and identify opportunities for optimizationOther
Motivated to become a hot tub expertMaintain vendor and community relationshipsOther duties as needed / assignedAbility to relocate or commute to the locations under your purview (initially Routt, Garfield and Pitkin counties) as neededQualifications :
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a customer service-oriented industryA minimum of 3 years of management experience is requiredA bachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredDemonstrable success in achieving operational targetsAbility to relocate or commute to the locations under your purview as neededSkills and abilities
