[job_card.job_description]Directly manage and provide leadership guidance to the CO General Managers Develop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to General Managers while holding them accountable Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement Responsible for progressive discipline documentation and conversations Responsible for hiring / firing with HR support Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement Implement strategies and initiatives to streamline operations, grow revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess departmental performance and identify opportunities for optimization Motivated to become a hot tub expert Maintain vendor and community relationships Other duties as needed / assigned Ability to relocate or commute to the locations under your purview (initially Routt, Garfield and Pitkin counties) as needed Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a customer service-oriented industry A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required Demonstrable success in achieving operational targets Ability to relocate or commute to the locations under your purview as needed Strong leadership and team management and the ability to motivate staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholders, from bottom to top Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong time management and organizational skills The ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions under pressure A strategic mindset to drive growth and the ability to hold GM’s accountable to execute plan Tech savvy; ability to learn relevant business software Experience in managing budgets and expenses

Total Compensation Range : $150k - $190k DOE
Target Long-Term Incentive : After 5 years, $250-350k DOE
Job Summary : Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Holdings is seeking a highly organized and experienced Regional Operations Manager who can blend broad, strategic oversight with day-to-day, tactical focus. This role will oversee operations and financial performance of our Colorado locations, ensuring exceptional service and profitability across locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a coaching mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think big-picture and drive growth while delivering target margins.
