Senior Commercial Review Appraiser

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full process of valuation requests, from appraisal procurement to review report completion

Review appraisal reports for compliance with regulations and internal policies, ensuring accuracy and quality

Coordinate resolution of appraisal deficiencies and monitor regulatory standards impacting the valuation process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of experience in appraising and / or reviewing commercial property appraisals

Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate, banking, or financial industry

Property / Real Estate Management or Certified Real Estate Appraiser designation

Strong understanding of USPAP and federal appraisal regulatory requirements
