Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in downtown Chicago to identify a polished and proactive Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a client-facing environment and being the go-to person for office operations and administrative support. Monday-Friday Onsite 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Compensation- $65k-$75k + 10% performance bonus Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k
Reception & Office Coordination
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and breakdown
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies; ensure workspace cleanliness and functionality
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and copying
- Support internal events and meetings as needed
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to multiple team membersManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logisticsPrepare expense reports and maintain electronic filing systemsHandle sensitive information with discretionCollaborate with peers across locations and assist with special projectsRequirements
A minimum of three (3)+ years in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative capacityCalendar management and meeting organization experienceExperience organizing and scheduling travelStrong work ethic, accompanied with a high degree of integrityExcellent communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills including phone etiquetteProfessional appearance and demeanor including adaptabilityMeticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlinesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, and WordWorking proficiency with ExcelUnderstands and exercises sound and accurate judgment
