Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 30 / 2025 Duration : 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings Employment Type : Local Contract ‍⚕️ Physical Therapist – General Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient care and maintain accurate records. Lead assessments and create personalized care plans. Use advanced therapy equipment and technology.
