What will you be doing?

• Drive sales and margin growth: Assure the achievement of sales and gross margin goals for Famous.com web only and effectively manage web inventory
• Grow the business: Ensure that the category vision and strategy is carried through and successfully executed on Famous.com
• Build strong partnerships: Maintain strong internal and external partnerships by communicating with confidence and delivering results while upholding the Caleres Values and Behaviors
• Keep the consumer close: Build and maintain trust with our target consumer while also helping to capture new consumers by providing trend right assortments that focus on key items, newness and strong values
• Partner with planners: Collaborate with the Planning teams to allow for in-season changes to support business needs
• Conduct market and consumer analysis: Continually researches to best understand the consumer and trends specific to web

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor of Science in Business or related field preferred
• 5+ year's planning or buying experience
• Strong digital consumer knowledge
• Ability to set strategy and prioritize tasks preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills preferred
• Strong analytical ability required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills required
