Technical Support Rep. - InfoLink

Responsibilities

• Provide basic hardware / software technical support and assistance to clients via email phone and / or other remote methods.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries on current and future company technology such as InfoLink Auto Positioning System (APS) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) products and services including installation operational functions troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability performance and customer satisfaction.
• Document client interactions including details of inquiries complaints comments and actions taken.
• Possess a basic understanding of the organizations products and services but escalates more complex inquiries to a Tier 3 support group.
• Assist the delivery of on-going training for end users and the Companys Dealer / Branch support network.
• Provide afterhours support for national accounts as required as well as on-call weekend support when assigned.
