What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism
• Respond to customer emails
• Schedule in-home service appointments
• Clearly communicate appointment details
• Order and receive appliance parts
• Accurately enter customer and job data

What You Bring:

• Great phone and communication skills
• Organized and efficient in a fast-paced office
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Previous office or customer service experience is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong phone presence
• Reliable and team-oriented attitude

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - No nights or weekends
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision after 90 days
• Paid Time Off: 60 hours per year
