A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide adoption of the governance platform by managing projects and coordinating with internal teams
Oversee customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, training, support coordination, and business reviews
Define and execute success plans aligned to customer goals to drive governance outcomes and long-term value
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles within B2B SaaS companies
Strong project management skills with a history of leading multiple concurrent customer engagements
Ability to work well across functions, aligning teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
AI fluency or willingness to learn is a requirement
Prior experience in a startup environment managing Fortune 500 customers is highly desirable
