Join our Corporate Accounting team for a dynamic and hands-on work study experience at Prologis. In this part-time, 12-week role, you'll play an integral role in our cash accounting processes while gaining exposure to a global real estate company. You'll collaborate across departments, sharpen your technical accounting skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for students based in the Denver area. We offer flexible scheduling to support your academic commitments-typically around 20 hours per week during the semester, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week during school breaks.

Key responsibilities include :

• Prepare journal entries and process financial transactions accurately and promptly to support clean cash account reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including quarterly financial statement reviews.
• Contribute to a fast and accurate month-end close, typically completed within two days.
• Use data analysis tools and AI-driven technologies to streamline and improve accounting workflows.
• Work within key financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Sigma, Yardi, and Smartsheet.
• Support onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Take on other projects and duties as assigned.
