Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager organizes, plans, and leads a skilled team of design and project engineers in the support, design, and development of new company products in accordance with customer specifications, company engineering policies, and government / industry standards. Responsible for the technical aspects of new and legacy aerospace products within an assigned segment of business operations.

Qualifications :

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• years of product design and + years of engineering management
• Experience in Aerospace, Defense or Medical Device industry required
• Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of PDM and Configuration Management tools is a plus.
