Acting as an agile delivery lead and actively participating in backlog management, sprint planning, feature refinement, agile 3 years leading, mentoring, and developing technical talent 7+ years experience in software development 2 - 5 years of .NET Core, C# 1+ years of SQL Server Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering AZ 900 Certification and AZ204 Certification Hands-on experience with system design, service-oriented architecture, and microservices Object Oriented languages such as C# or Java HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular SQL Server or other relational databases Public cloud-hosted solutions like Azure, AWS, GCP Experience leading engineering teams and delivering using an agile methodology Demonstrated competence in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to mentor and grow a team of software engineers 1+ years of using a modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.) Experience with CI / CD, DevOps Experience with Microsoft Azure
