Job Title : Outpatient Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist - Home-Based (Entire Phoenix Metro Area or even state wide)

Location : Phoenix, AZ (Entire Metro Area or even State Wide)

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling)

Pay : $90 per Visit – Highest Paying in Outpatient PT

Unlike Home Health, this role lets you schedule patients at your convenience, offering true autonomy and work-life balance. With opportunities across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and beyond, you’ll earn $90 per visit – the highest-paying outpatient PT role in the region. Choose your commitment :   Part-Time, or PRN (as-needed).

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-home evaluations and treatments for outpatient physical therapy / OT  patients.
  • Create tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility and recovery.
  • Maintain clear documentation and patient communication.

    • Requirements :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist  (PT or OT)  in Arizona (or eligible).
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient or  home health related experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
