Looking for an opportunity to join a close-knit, compassionate team of dedicated legal professionals? Our boutique family law firm is growing and seeking a talented Associate Attorney to help manage our expanding caseload and provide exceptional service to clients.

Our ideal candidate has strong family law experience, excellent judgment, and a client-centered mindset. You will manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters, working closely with lead attorney Ashley A. Andrews and our experienced support staff.

THIS POSITION FOLLOWS A HYBRID SCHEDULE BASED IN PERSON IN ARCADIA, CA.

Schedule : Full-time, with a flexible schedule to accommodate court appearances, client meetings, and case demands. While there are designated in-office days, we prioritize a balanced and adaptable work structure that supports both collaboration and focused independent work.

Work Environment : Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work).

Benefits : 401(k) after one year, health insurance stipend, and a collaborative, fun team culture.

Compensation :

$150,000 - $250,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities :

• Manage and handle a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, declarations, and settlement agreements
• Appear at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials as needed
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client’s goals
• Advise and guide clients through emotionally sensitive legal processes with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and client service remains exceptional
• Engage in mediation and collaborative divorce processes in addition to litigation
