Job Description :

Manage client accounts and support customer success initiatives. Resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems. Generate data analytical reports for monthly and quarterly account reviews. Develop strategies to retain and grow customers, and identify buying traits. Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.

Qualifications :

3+ years experience in a business operations, customer success, account management is mandatory.

This is a contract to hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
