Job Description

Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing and assembly operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop plant teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Establish and track key operational metrics, driving accountability across departments.
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Oversee performance management, workforce planning, and departmental budgets.
Promote employee development and engagement to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

8+ years of management experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
