Key Responsibilities :

Oversee quality control on job sites.

Conduct pre-project planning and review specifications.

Perform field tests and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with teams to develop and adjust mix designs.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure project standards are met.

Qualifications :

Experience in quality control or construction materials testing preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to grow into management roles.
