Job Description

Close Knit Multi-Family Office seeks a Private Client Associate to service their UHNW clients by providing full suite of family office services.

Act as the daily point of contact for receiving/responding to client communications
Support advisors in all aspects of client service
Direct client service responsibilities, including new account onboarding, responding to client inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships
Coordinate account openings/closings/transitions
Position offers excellent work/life balance, and comprehensive benefits
Requires 3+ years' experience; strong investment background is a must
Series 65 or 66 license is a plus
Great potential for growth in a team oriented, non sales environment
