The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and aggressive Clinical Talent Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume recruitment efforts. This person will own top-of-funnel strategy and outreach across multiple specialties, and must thrive in a fast-moving environment with ambitious hiring goals.

Location : Fully remote within the U.S.

• Constantly experiment with messaging, channels, and tactics.
