Program Director / Assistant Professor of Nursing

Job Summary

Oversee the daily management of personnel, student, curricular, and resource matters for the Nursing Program. Includes faculty and teaching responsibilities.

This is a Safety Sensitive position pursuant to Oklahoma Statute

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing required.

Hold a valid, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.

Evidence of current practice with a minimum of two years full-time equivalent as an RN in a clinical setting preceding employment as a teacher.

Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer teaching experience at the community college or university level.
